Fried Rice Kumaio® Style

INGREDIENTS:

  • Cooked rice
  • Kumaio® Amino Sauce
  • Finely chopped vegetables such as: peas, carrots, spring onions, peppers, mushrooms,
  • Eggs
  • (Coconut) oil for frying

PREPARATION:

  • Heat the coconut oil in a large pan and fry the cooked rice until it becomes slightly crispy.
  • Add the chopped vegetables and fry until al dente. The variety of vegetables not only adds flavor, but also makes the dish look colorful.
  • Make room in the middle of the pan and crack the eggs into it. Stir until set, then mix with rice and vegetables.
  • Finally, add the Kumaio® Aminos Sauce and stir well. The sauce adds a deep flavor and umami notes to the dish.
  • Serve the fried rice hot and enjoy a hearty, healthy and aromatic meal.
