Right of Withdrawal Instruction

If the customer is a consumer, they have the following statutory right of withdrawal:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (H&T Feinkost GmbH, Im Krupploch 19, 33334 Gütersloh, hello@kumaio-selecto.de, Phone: +49 5241 222918 7, Fax: +49 5241 22291 80) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

 

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.

 

The right of withdrawal does not apply, unless the parties have agreed otherwise, to the following contracts:

    • Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer,
    • Contracts for the supply of goods that are perishable or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded,
    • Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery,
    • Contracts for the supply of goods, if these have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature,
    • Contracts for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time the contract was concluded, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the contract was concluded and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no control,
    • Contracts for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery,
    • Contracts for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated publications, excluding subscription contracts.
