First, the King coconuts are harvested by our partner in Sri Lanka from Bio Homegardens. Immediately after the harvest, the coconut water is extracted from the fresh coconuts andcautiouslyThis heating process serves to extend the shelf life without affecting the valuable nutrients and natural taste.

The coconut water is then bottled directly into glass bottles. This way we ensure that you can enjoy the coconut water in its purest and freshest form.

TheKing Coconutis a special type of coconut that comes mainly from Sri Lanka. It is known for its golden-orange shell and exceptionally sweet, refreshing water. This coconut is smaller and has a thinner, softer shell that makes it easier to open. The flesh of the King coconut is very thin and tender, which is why the main focus is on the water, which is naturally isotonic and perfect for rehydration. (Because King coconut water is particularly rich in minerals and electrolytes, it is known as the Queen of Coconuts.)

In comparison, theregular coconutIt is found all over the world and has a thicker shell that is green or brown depending on its ripeness. Its water is also refreshing, but less sweet than that of the King coconut. The normal coconut has a thicker flesh that is used in many different ways in the kitchen - from making coconut milk and oil to various desserts and dishes.
