The brown edge is our signature of quality. In contrast to many peeled standard chips, we deliberately leave the thin brown natural skin on the flesh. This not only provides a much more intense, nuttier aroma, but also makes the chips an excellent natural source of fiber (approx. 13 g per 100 g).

No, our coconut chips are neither deep-fried in oil nor conventionally roasted. We rely on a particularly gentle, two-stage drying process in the oven.

We are often asked:Isn't gentle baking in the oven the same as roasting?The clear answer is:No.Conventional roasting uses very high temperatures to create roasted flavors. However, this can alter heat-sensitive nutrients and valuable fats. Our process, on the other hand, consists of slow drying and a final, very gentle baking process at low heat. This step serves purely to remove any remaining moisture from the chips.

This is how our fine "Coconut Smiles" (half-moons) get their characteristic, crispy texture, while the natural coconut flavor and all valuable ingredients are best preserved.

Our organic natural coconut chips are an excellent building block for a conscious and balanced diet. As they are 100% natural, unroasted and completely free from added industrial sugar, they offer a smart alternative to conventional sweets. Due to the careful processing with the brown natural skin, our chips are officially high in fiber(approx. 13 g fiber per 100 g).
