Kumaio® Organic Coconut Vinegar is a mild vinegar based on fermented coconut water. This creates a bright, fresh flavor profile with a pleasant acidity and a fine fruity-fermented note. Compared to many classic vinegars, it is softer and less dominant, yet still provides exactly the freshness that rounds off dressings, marinades, dips, and sauces.

With an acidity of 4.5%, coconut vinegar is particularly well-suited for balancing the flavors of dishes. It supports other aromas instead of overpowering them, and therefore pairs very well with sweet, spicy, or salty components.
