Your Mission & Responsibilities
You bring Kumaio to life. You take our products to places where people want to discover something new, build exciting partnerships and help us win over more and more people. You're not just the one with the ideas – you're also the one who makes them happen.
- Events & experiences: You find the right events, festivals, markets and pop-up opportunities, organize our participation and are there in person.
- Partnerships: You develop and manage creative partnerships with brands, companies, communities and event organizers.
- Winning new customers: You plan campaigns that help people discover, try and fall in love with Kumaio®.
- Networking: You approach people openly, make connections and spot opportunities for our brand.
- Making ideas happen: From the first idea to execution and measuring success, a lot is in your hands.
What you bring to the table
- You are open, communicative and good at getting people excited.
- You'd rather build something new than just manage existing processes.
- You work independently, in a structured way and with a focus on solutions.
- You have a good feel for brands, people and business opportunities.
- You are flexible, enjoy traveling and are up for the occasional weekend event.
- You are passionate about food, lifestyle, enjoyment and sustainable products.
Experience in marketing, events, sales or partnerships is a big plus. But what matters even more to us is your personality, your commitment and your drive to make a real difference.
